Stupid Diver of the Day: Scuba Casino guy

A man who faked his own death in an alleged scuba diving accident has been arrested by police in Vegas for trying to cheat money out of a casino.
John Sung Park, 29, from Buena Park, CA, was detained earlier this week by Nevada Gaming Board officers after being spotted by staff at MGM Grand Casino trying to cheat.
Officers were surprised to learn that Mr Park was pronounced dead last September following a diving incident off Laguna Beach.
He is believed to have faked his own death to avoid sentencing on burglary, theft, forgery and drug charges in Orange County and a drug warrant in Los Angeles County.
Authorities say he now could face additional charges of attempting to deceive authorities and gambling fraud.
